Staff Training

Whether it is a new hire or an existing C.A., we will come to your office and polish all your C.A.'s skills by going over all the what, how and why's of patient files, paperwork, insurance, personal injury cases, etc. From patient intake procedures to billing requirements. First we will perform our C.A. Test (see Testing your Staff Below) and will come up with a training program that will specifically meet your office needs. Plus, get the first month free when you sign up for our Monthly Check-ups (see below).

Phone Scripts (Specific questions to ask for each type of patient to maximize reimbursement)


Monthly Check-ups

Sign up for our Monthly Check-ups, and feel free to have your staff bombard us with all those questions you staff has as situations come up in your office. For only $95.- per month, you will be able to send us unlimited e-questions through our website, and get a response within 48 hours; plus, you'll get up to 1 hour face-to-face consultation every month. This means that every month we will schedule an appointment to pass by your office and go over patient files, EOB's, and any issues that you'd like us to help you with.

    It is good to ask questions and see if you get the responses you should get. We will give C.A.s a written exam on their knowledge necessary to deal with day-to-day situations.
